The Bad:

I've lost my dedicated because I'm "unreliable." Between hurting my back, getting the suspension (for 2 accidents) and jury duty...

Tractor 6506 is in Gary, with all my junk, including my log book, my Jack Sparrow mascot, my satellite radio, my sunglasses, my medical card, my wireless keyboard and about $150 of my con money for ShowMeCon.
They're boxing my stuff up and sending it to me.

I'm...less than happy with my company at the moment.
I'm less than happy with my life at the moment.

I don't think they're allowed to use jury duty against you like that. If that's the third strike type of thing, you might be able to fight that.

They are accomodating, as in I'm not getting fired.

And the policy is "the tractor is company equipment and I shouldn't have left stuff in it."
Excuse me, I climbed out Thursday for a weekend, and the only reason I didn't climb back into it the following Monday was that I could NOT WALK!
