Need Icon Help

So I had a brilliant idea for a pair of icons.

Basically, three pictures and 3 frames of words.
Pic 1, Having, Pic 2, Daddy, Pic 3, Issues

One male icon, one female icon.

Problem is, I don't have a picture of a beaten Will Turner, nor do I have a graphics program that lets me animate

The female icon is Wendy, Leia and Azma




(couldn't decide on the Leia shot)




The male version is Luke, Lex and Will Turner




(hard choice)

and I'm short the Will pic


Can anyone help on any front?
