Out and about

So, basic corned beef and cabbage.
And now I'll be out and about for a few hours.

I'll be in this evening. Still need to plan what I'm taking for potluck tomorrow

Mid South Con schedule
FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2006
8:00PM-9:00PM
Shapeshifters in SF & Fantasy (Conference Room 5) - Shapeshifting is not considered medically possible, but it is a common theme in myth, legend, and speculative fiction. This panel looks at the possible origins of the myth, its most recent incarnations (e.g. Animagi in the J.K. Rowling novels), and the reasons for its endurance. (Panelists: Lee Killough, Rickey Mallory, Richard Parks, Angelia Sparrow, Annie Windsor)

FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2006
10:00PM-11:00PM
Angelia Sparrow Reading (Conference Room 9) - will read from Rock Us All Down and other short stories

SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 2006
7:00PM-8:00PM
Horror Themes in Paranormal Erotica (Conference Room 5) - Why do vampires, shapeshifters, and other staples of horror appear so often in paranormal erotica? Is it because giving in to your inhibitions is so
scary? (Panelists: Elizabeth Donald, Lee Martindale, Angelia Sparrow, Annie Windsor)
