A difficult day
Things I have learned today:
Hold is no longer an option. You get told to call later.
Snape with a sombrero and Taco Bueno mustache is actually more terrifying than Giles in the sombrero and serape.
A butterbeer (cream soda with a shot of butterscotch schnapps) takes the edge off a frazzled day nciely.
"Guess the Safeword" is probably not a good game to play.
