This site is selling CDs of fanfiction without the authors' permission. Check to see if yours is on there. Many folks on my flist are. If you wrote ST:TNG, Star Wars, X-files, Herc, Highlander or others, you might go check.

Also, SueBee at Adult Fanfiction.net has blatently and unashamedly plagarized Z.P. Florian/The Mud Dwarf's "A Corellian in Hell." She admits it in the author's note. As Z.P. is no longer able to give permission or defend her works, I have written to the site mod, and would appreciate any and all help.

The problem here is deeper than mere plagiarism. The owner of AFFN has been unresponsive to all maintence requests for a while now. This person is obviously frustrated with this and is taking drastic (if stupid and annoying) action.

I'm not condoning it, but the owner of AFFN has to wake up and start taking care of their site.

Do you have the site mod's email address? ZP is a friend of mine and it's pretty damn disgusting that this chick chose a story written by a woman with Alzheimer's to rip off for her little protest. Writing to the mod seems to be the only alternative, since I notice the email address posted on the story seems to be fake, so I guess she lacks the courage of her convictions and doesn't want to hear from ZP's friends on this.

This is sick.
