Website's up

Mudd & Angel's is back up!

Sheesh, we've been fighting this thing for a week. He finally decided to get rid of the Apache server and go back to whatever we had before.

The vid Let's Dance is 43M. The Small version is 1.9 M.

You can download either by right clicking the links above

It may just be overly busy. It can only handle 8 connections.

Mudd says we've been jammed since he got it back up.

IF not using apache what the hell are you using? It's kind of the internet standard because it outperforms all the others my great magnatudes...

I can gladly step in and take a look, i've been setting up and maintaining apache web servers for over 7 years with no issues.

We're using FastStream.

Mudd thinks it was the security patch from Microsoft that killed it.

Oh, webserving on windows...

Why not switch to a server OS like bsd or linux? You'd experince about 8x the performance.

Windows is great... for a home pc. When it comes to Internet servers, professionals use unix.

Any PC (even a mac) can run a unix type OS, find your local geek and you might find a pc thats half as fast outperforming your server with a free OS.

Because our linux machine died a horrible death last month, and we haven't been able to afford a replacement. This will change around September.

I'm married to my local geek. ;)
