State of the Sooky
When do the exercise advantages I hear about kick in? The added energy, the lifted mood? All it seems to do it wear me out and make me want a nap.
But i persevere.
And I took out a bag of cans, endless empty boxes, and started a new trash bag in the study. The DVDs are in the front room, the books that had clustered around my desk are on shelves.
I also drank 75 oz of water today. I'm trying to raise my consumption.
I listened to auditions, approved a return of rights letter, and remembered to take a roll of toilet paper to the bathroom so I didn't get caught short. I feel as though I'm adulting so hard.
So, a good day.

I find that I cannot abide by the idea of heavy exercise first thing in the morning/early in the day. All it does is wear me out entirely for the day ahead.
I find my happy time for exercise is either around 3-4pm (before thinking about dinner, on days when I'm not working/working at home) or late at night, because it helps exhaust me enough for a solid night's sleep. The people who praise getting up at like 5-6am to exercise hard for an hour or more before work just make me want to shoot myself.
