I asked on fb but is the start time noon central time? And can you try claiming if you live outside the US? Or is it US people only?

Noon Central time, (GMT -5)
If you live outside the US, I would ask you stick to ebook and bookmark packages, or the smaller prizes. I don't trust the coffee mug to international shipping.
