A busy couple of days

Yesterday was movie night. We saw The Skulls, and all 8 hours of The 10th Kingdom.
I had 2 butterbeers and a double margarita and stayed relatively sober through it all.

Today, i washed dishes and cleaned out my pantry.
It's a 4 shelf closet and it's packed. I now not only have food, I have a grasp on WHAT food I have. Of course, 6 cans of refried beans, 4 lbs of corn starch, 8 lbs of brown sugar, 3 lbs of popcorn, 8 cans of rotel and 11 cans of mushrooms says I'm either a forgetful shopper or a hoarder. (the mustard that expired in 2009 argues for the latter)

Oli got a cartilage piercing.

Mudd and Jonner carried out bags and bags of trash. We'll be adding to it before Monday trash day.

We have been out at Jer's dad's place (our soon to be home) and he is just this side of hoarder. When we opened the "new' mayo today and it was funky, we checked the expiration date and found it expired in 2007! Yikes!!! Ended up clearing out the pantry and filled a huge outdoor trash can and an empty 50 pound dog food bag full of expired foods & we haven't even touched the cabinets above the stove where he keeps boxed foods yet.

Eep!

I had done half of a purge back in October. That helped a lot.
I need to get into my spice/condiment cabinets

But I also logged everything in my pantry app, so I know what i have.

The 11 cans of mushrooms just struck me funny, and typical of me. 9 of them are from a case I bought at Costco. 2 are Kroger.

Way to get tons done. I scrubbed most of the bathroom, dusted out of reach places, and cleaned out a kitchen drawer and the fridge.

I hate cleaning out the fridge, but mine's gone all garlicky.
