Not loving it. I can't string them for the required 20 minute call. And when the cards say "GET OUT" to the point you're ready to ask the caller her name and address and say "Have yourself and the baby ready, I'll be there in an hour," it's tough putting that positive spin on it.

She didn't sound in danger, but the cards were very much of the "you are in a BAD relationship" type.

Still, it's unfortunate if policy keeps you from actually telling your client what the cards say in favor of being positive about a situation that really isn't.
