Home for the night
So I did my logging. I ran very hard last week, and if I left tonight, I would be running out of hours all over the place at the most inconvenient times. (I worked a 63 hour week last week) Which would be headache-making for dispatch.
If I leave at 7 AM tomorrow, I have 70 hours to play with all week. That will be much better.
I'm not running renegade for dish soap. A hot load of life-saving medications? Then I say "screw the law" and make like Han Solo. But not for a lousy load of dish soap. For that, I am sane and judicious Picard, planning my work and working my plan.
