Productive day

I got a load of laundry done, and dinner cooking.
And then we went shopping.

I found a shabby, cheap blue plaid flannel that will be perfect for the Camel, and Percy Policedoll gets an Anchor Blue broadcloth coat with brass buttons. Did I mention I love the $1/yard table?

Lady I worked with said "those kids are going to grow up believing their Mom can do anything."

I laughed and said "but of course I can. I'm a Mom!"

Got Bunny a drawing pad, and Mudd bought me an atlas. "If you're driving all over the countryside, i don't want you getting lost." I refrained from my standard answer ("Corellians can't get lost") and thanked him.

We ogled some animated Batman DVDs. I love Poison Ivy. We got to talking Bat-villains and he snarked about "all you little proto-dykes had the hots for Catwoman." I just agreed.

Must go before my brain-eating 3rd grader decides he needs mine in addition to his younger sibs'.
