Indeed and agreed! I still love my first love dearly and value the very rare times we see each other, as he does not live in the US. We never broke up, we knew each other as teens overseas and when My family returned to the US we two were just a couple of years too young to start a life together. But we have always tried to keep in contact with each other through our lives, no matter whom we were married to. I consider him one of my very best lifelong friends.
